Job Description - HR Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Operations Manager to lead and enhance our human resources processes within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, and providing strategic support to senior leadership and business units. You will manage key HR functions including employee lifecycle management, HR policies and procedures, employee data and systems management, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.

The role will collaborate closely with other HR leaders to support workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives. Strong organisational and leadership capabilities are essential, as is the ability to analyse data and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day HR operations across the full employee lifecycle.

* Ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation and internal policies.

* Maintain and improve HR systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records.

* Coordinate payroll processing and collaborate with finance for timely disbursements.

* Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance and leave policies.

* Lead and guide HR team members to deliver high-quality HR services.

* Support the development and implementation of HR programmes that align with business goals.

* Drive continuous improvement projects focusing on HR processes and service delivery. Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.

* Minimum of 5 years' experience in HR operations or generalist roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.

* Thorough understanding of employment laws and HR best practices in Singapore.

* Proficiency in HR systems and strong Excel and data analysis skills.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organisation.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

* Experience with process improvement and change management initiatives is a plus.
