Responsibilities:

• Develop strong working relationships with client companies in the Banking, Healthcare, and IT Services sectors.
• Understand and efficiently meet the hiring requirements of each client.
• Attract potential employees through various channels, including media advertising and professional networking.
• Provide professional advice to prospective applicants and existing clients.
• Offer support in resume preparation, interview coaching, and salary negotiation strategies.
