Salary: Up to $4500 (Depending on experience) 
Location: West 
Contract Period: 6 Months (Extendable)
Working Hours: Mon - Thurs, 8:30am - 6pm Fri, 8:30am - 5:30pm 

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the full talent acquisition process
• Attract candidates via different sourcing channels.
• Work closely with the hiring manager to discuss the position, the ideal candidate, and processes.
• Come up with job descriptions and screening questions.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings. 
• Onboard new employees and conduct orientation where necessary.
• Review and update recruitment-related policies and procedures. 
• Other ad-hoc duties. 
   

Job Requirements:

• Experience in HR/Recruitment 
• Proficiency in conducting interviews
• Adept candidate screening and evaluation skills.
• Familiarity with leveraging on social media and professional networks.
• Self-starter, proactive and a team-player
• Experience with healthcare, life sciences and research industries would be a plus.
• Singaporeans only.
