HR Specialist - Get Hired Fast

• Responsible for manufacturing hiring needs of non-exempt employees, including mass recruitment activities during business ramp. 
• Provide HR operational support and guidance to both employees and supervisor / managers throughout full employment cycle.
• Manage outsource vendor's service of work pass applications/ renewal / cancellation and visa applications. 
• Monitor and execute contract renewal process for foreign contract workers include 6 monthly medical examination.
• Maintain employee data as well as changes request, e.g. employee personal information change request, shift change, transfer department. 
• e-Personal Info Verification and Approval via Workday & update MOM if any (such as Address / Passport / Contact number). 
• Quarterly Headcount audit and ensure all work process is compliance with auditable standard.
• Conduct exit interview and collect actionable data for retention and improvement. 
• Repatriation arrangement for foreign contract workers.      
• Data retention management including archiving.
• Other adhoc duties and project may be assigned    

Requirements:

• Experience in managing mass recruitment is advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, HR system.
• Able to meet tight deadline, responsive and in a dynamic environment.
• Good team-player, meticulous and pleasant personality
