- Responsible for manufacturing hiring needs of non-exempt employees, including mass recruitment activities during business ramp.
- Provide HR operational support and guidance to both employees and supervisor / managers throughout full employment cycle.
- Manage outsource vendor's service of work pass applications/ renewal / cancellation and visa applications.
- Monitor and execute contract renewal process for foreign contract workers include 6 monthly medical examination.
- Maintain employee data as well as changes request, e.g. employee personal information change request, shift change, transfer department.
- e-Personal Info Verification and Approval via Workday & update MOM if any (such as Address / Passport / Contact number).
- Quarterly Headcount audit and ensure all work process is compliance with auditable standard.
- Conduct exit interview and collect actionable data for retention and improvement.
- Repatriation arrangement for foreign contract workers.
- Data retention management including archiving.
- Other adhoc duties and project may be assigned
Requirements:
- Experience in managing mass recruitment is advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, HR system.
- Able to meet tight deadline, responsive and in a dynamic environment.
- Good team-player, meticulous and pleasant personality
