HR Specialist (HR Operation) - Continuous Learning Opportunities

Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

• Support the full cycle of recruitment process by coordinating interviews and preparing offer letters.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires and paperwork completion.
• Administer Internship programme.

Employee Relations

• Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
• Assist in resolving employees’ issues in a timely manner.

Employee Management

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment history and documentation.

Compliance

• Stay up to date on employment laws and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in HR Practices and processes.

Others

• Any other ad-hoc HR projects.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Studies or its equivalent with 1 to 2 years of related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (excellent in Microsoft Excel).
• High integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information and/or projects.
• Strong communication and good interpersonal skills.
• A meticulous, organized and resourceful team player.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
