Job Responsibilities:
- Register the CORPPASS/CPF/MOM government account, and add/remove the operation authority of directors.
- Apply for EP/SP/LTVP/DP pass, renew/cancel/ report loss and other related operations.
- Prepare, collect, organize, and fill out the appeal documents for the work permits.
- Vaccine translation certification, document certification, education certification, and other related work.
- IPA extension/cancellation to alert incoming guests.
- Passholder information updated, including but not limited to passport, telephone, address, etc.
- Register trademarks.
- License application and follow-up work required for various types of business.
- Communicate with third-party outsourcing service providers, such as permit applications.
- Document certification.
- SG arrival information is collected and filled in before arrival.
- Customer CPF add/remove, and related refund work.
- Prepare customer payroll, employment certificate, contract, and other related documents.
- Share proposals and applications for PLOC/LOC.
- Register for Singpass and assist guests with the operation.
- Communicate with various government departments by telephone and email.
- Daily customer service, customer information timely update, supplement, file
