Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for all of the company human resources matters.
2. Responsible for all of the company administrative affairs.
3. Responsible for the design and implementation of the Employee Relationship management system
4. Responsible for designing and implementing employment risk management mechanisms.
5. Responsible for mobilizing headquarters resources to support local construction of compliant and efficient employment policies, procedures and mechanisms that conform to local practices.
6. Responsible for establishing the IT system required for overseas employment management
7. Responsible for the establishment and landing support of the rules of multinational employment
8. Responsible for establishing the resource pool and management rules of human resource service providers.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources or law.
2. At least 5 years of ER or labor law related work experience, human resources work experience or related experience.
3. Innovative spirit, able to adapt to the fast-paced and constantly changing environment, and a high sense of urgency for multi-tasking, and the ability to deal with tasks by priority
4. Have good communication and collaboration skills, and be able to communicate in English in a working environment and write plans.
5. Fluent in English and Chinese is a must.
