About This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR/GA professional (Associate – Manager level) to join our rapidly growing consulting firm in Singapore. This role is essential for managing comprehensive HR and General Affairs operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the organization. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in HR within multinational or global companies, particularly in the consulting or investment sectors.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain HR policies and the organization chart.
- Manage the HR database and Office 365 accounts.
- Conduct background checks (BSP-KYC).
- Oversee talent management, including recruitment, employment contracts, exit interviews, and terminations.
- Coordinate performance reviews and implement new performance management systems.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll.
- Ensure compliance with statutory/regulatory reporting.
- Continuously improve HR processes and policies.
- Report to the Partner and Group COO.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- At least 5 to 10 years of direct experience in HR, preferably in multinational or global companies in the consulting or investment sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods, and best practices.
- Experience in managing the full spectrum of HR activities, including talent acquisition, management and retention, performance review management, training and development, compensation and welfare, HR budgeting and payroll, and Post Merger Integration (PMI).
- Strong problem-solving and research skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Office 365 account management).
- Fluent in English.
- Proactive attitude and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
