HSSEQ Executive

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a HSSEQ Executive:

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of WSH documentation in compliance with applicable legislation and internal requirements.
• Review method statements and risk assessments, ensuring alignment with WSH Act and subsidiary legislation.
• Conduct daily site inspections to identify unsafe conditions or practices and provide practical solutions for corrective action.
  
• Support and implement preventive measures to promote a safe and healthy work environment.
• Perform monthly fire alarm testing and coordinate the maintenance of emergency/fire safety equipment with relevant vendors.
• Support HSSEQ internal and external audits, client assessments, and regulatory reviews.
• Participate in emergency preparedness drills, security exercises, and table-top simulations.
• Prepare audit reports and follow up on corrective and preventive actions until completion.
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver HSSEQ training for staff, visitors, contractors, and hauliers.
• Respond to non-conformities, near-miss incidents, and accidents; support investigations and recommend corrective measures.
  
• Monitor the implementation and closure of incident-related actions.
• Oversee site security matters, including managing outsourced security services operating on a 24/7 basis.
• Liaise with external stakeholders on security procedures and emergency response coordination.
• Perform duties as assigned by supervisors, including coverage for team members during absences.
• Work safely at heights and confined spaces as required.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics sectors.
• Comfortable with physical site work, including climbing and working at heights.
  
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other workplace management systems.
• Possess WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B) or equivalent.
• Completion of WSH Coordinator Refresher Course.
• Certified Confined Space Assessor is preferred.
• Internal Auditor training in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 is an advantage.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 3,600 + AWS + VB (1 - 1.5 Months)
• Working Location: Jurong Island
• Working Hours: 5 Days Work, 8am to 5.45pm
