RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop HR process including process design, implementation and change management
Involved in full spectrum of HR management which include but not limited in workforce planning, succession planning, talent management, performance management, C&B as well as employee relations.
Partner with the COE team to help manage full employee life cycle and develop skilled talents
Be an advisor to the stakeholders on the current industry trends and practices

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

At least 8 years of HR Business Partnering experience in a MNC environment.
Good experience in Organizational Development.
Experience with spearheading HR transformation projects.
