• Address complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent solutions.
• Develop recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in a competitive healthcare labor market.
• Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to assess employee performance and development needs.
• Support managers in providing coaching, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
• Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
• Foster a learning culture to support continuous development within the healthcare organization.
• Utilize HR data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and make data-driven decisions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in the healthcare industry.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
