Human Resource Executive, Generalist - Continuous Learning Opportunities

Our client is looking for a HR Executive to be responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including Recruitment and Business Partnering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Provide guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and benefits to employees.
• Handle employee relations matters, including grievance resolution and performance management.
• Assist in the review and implementation of HR policies and initiatives.
• Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience. Candidates with more relevant HR experience will be considered for more senior appointments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team player, independent, resourceful, and adaptable in a dynamic work environment.
• Digital savvy, analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel tools for data analysis, building charts.
• Good numeric sense, meticulous, and a strong problem-solver
