Responsibilities

Support the full spectrum of Human Resource activities
Maintain employee personal records
Assist in payroll and Over time payment
Address employee enquiries and manage disciplinary matter
Manage work pass application
Handle recruitment process
Maintaining of office equipment

Requirement

Minimum diploma in Human Resource or any other discipline with at least 2 -3 years of HR related experience.
Knowledge of employment act
Familiar with HRMS software
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Independent, proactive and discipline
Proficient in MS office
5 day work week
Transport provided to & fro at Yew Tee MRT
Only open for Singaporean
