Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Handle employee relations matters and provide support in conflict resolution
- Utilize HRIS systems for data management and reporting
- Coordinate and facilitate onboarding processes for new hires
- Support talent acquisition efforts through job postings and candidate outreach
- Assist in benefits administration and provide guidance to employees on benefit programs
- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner
- Manage payroll administration tasks and prepare payroll reports as needed
- Participate in HR projects and provide any other HR support as and when assigned
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Business Admin
- Minimum 1 years of experience in human resource management/ payroll
- Working experience in the beauty industry will be an advantage
- Ability to interact well with employees from all levels
- Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Strong planning and organisation skills
- 5-day work week, office hours
