Responsibilities
- Support the overall recruitment strategy.
- Partner with hiring managers to determine talent needs.
- Understand business and implement sourcing strategy through various channels including job portals, social and professional networking sites and others.
- Provide regular manpower and hiring updates to management.
- Participate in campus recruitment, job fair, internship, traineeship and government job programs, etc.
- Responsible for work pass application of foreign hire.
Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and legislation.
- Resourceful and familiar with the government scheme.
- Strong data analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Strong knowledge in using MS Excel /Powerpoint /Word.
