JOB SUMMARY
The incumbent will be responsible for the full spectrum of human resource management functions including staffing, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development and employee relations etc. This role also oversees all aspects of human resources practices, policies and programs in the company in support of business goals and objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, recruitment planning, on and off-boarding
- Prepare employment contracts, HR documentation which include but not limited to staff confirmation, transfer, resignation acceptance letter etc
- Process work passes application, renewal and cancellation
- Provide support in performance appraisal, salary reviews and compensation benchmarking exercises
- Submit government claims and training grants
- Ensure compliance of regulations with CPF, IRAS, MOM, WDA and other regulatory agencies
- Administer employees’ training plans, records, pre and post training evaluations
- Create and maintenance of P-files, policies, employee handbook and HR documents etc.
- Lead HR communications - both in writing and presentation, ranging from policies, training materials to employee communications
- Monthly payroll preparation, CPF submission, yearly IR8A returns and tax clearance
- Insurance enrolment and renewal
- Review and continuous improvement of policies, programs, and practices to support business objectives
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field of study
- Minimum 5 years of HR management experience in similar capacity
- Well versed with labour laws and regulations, HR practices and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels
- Strong analytical and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multi-task and solve problems diplomatically in a demanding environment
- Proficient in MS Office applications
