JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for someone who has 2-3 years of experience to join us as HUAMAN RESOURCE SPECIALIST (needless to say – you must love People!). This role will be responsible for talent acquisition, human capital development as well as championing our 3Ws employee well-being strategy – Welfare, Wellness and We-ness to support our business and growth strategies. 

You'll be reporting directly to the Managing Director and working closely with Technical Director and Head of KL, as this role's responsibility spans across Singapore (HQ) and our Kuala Lumpur office.

As a HUAMAN RESOURCE SPECIALIST, you are expected to work in a high pace but fun, exciting and supportive environment and shall be constantly challenged to step out of your comfort zone, pioneer and try new ideas, acquire new skills and dabble in exciting assignments of various natures. The boundary to what can be learnt is only limited to the passion, skills and potential of the individual.

Your duties are to:

  • Develop recruitment and talent strategies and methods.
  • Design/ select evaluation tools for recruitment to ensure skill, job and culture fit.
  • Coordinate with managers across orgs and offices to source and recruit talents from everywhere.
  • Manage the entire end-to-end cycle from candidate to new hire, including orientation and integration.
  • Drive human capital development to support company’s strategies and growth. 
  • Drive internal communication campaign (ICC) and other in-house awareness workshops.
  • Lead/ drive the company’s 3Ws – Welfare, Wellness and We-ness strategy 
  • Care and advocate for happiness, purposeful and inspiring/ nurturing culture.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Love to work and develop people
  • Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or related discipline with at least 2-3 years of relevant HR recruitment experience.
  • Possess good knowledge of the Employment Act and other statutory Acts related to HR.
  • Independent, resourceful, with good problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills especially in English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills as you are expected to liaise/ interface with both internal and external parties
  • Comfortable with evolving and fluid roles
  • Good professional work ethics
  • Willing to do occasional travel (to KL office and possibly other countries)
