Salary: Up to $15,000 per month + AWS + VB
Job Description:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and initiatives that support the overall business objectives and promote employee engagement, satisfaction and retention.
- Lead the HR team in all aspects of talent acquisition, including recruitment, selection and on-boarding processes to ensure the organization has the right talents to drive success.
- Partner with senior management to identify workforce needs and talent gaps and develop plans to address them through strategic workforce planning, succession planning and talent development programs.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews and career development to drive a high-performance culture, productivity, employee growth and development.
- Lead compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking, rewards and incentive structures and employee benefits to attract and retain top talent while ensure competitiveness and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Create and drive a workplace culture that values and respects diversity, fosters belongings and promotes equal opportunities for all employees.
- Manage employee relations issues and serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance and support on HR policies, procedures and best practices.
- Lead the human resource operations and governance, including payroll and claims and benefits administration, human resource audit, reporting and statutory surveys.
- Lead HR analytics and reporting efforts to track key HR metrics and provide insights to senior leadership on workforce trends and employee engagement levels.
- Drive training and development strategies and programs to enhance employee skills in alignment with the organization’s needs.
Requirements:
- At least Local Degree Holders with proven track record in senior HR leadership roles. (At least 4 years and above in 1 role minimally)
- Experience in Government-linked organizations will be highly advantageous. Client already shortlisted 3 full public sector candidates so now prefers commercial ones for comparison.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations in Singapore.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives and drives results.
- Demonstrate leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage HR data and metrics to drive insights and make informed decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to mitigate risks and solve complex HR issues.
