Job Description - Human Resources Business Partner

Position                      : Human Resources Business Partner

Reporting to               :General Manager

Position start date     : Immediately

Key Responsibilities:

 

Pre-Opening Phase: Build and Implement

 

HR Operations and Infrastructure

•     Set up and implement a fully integrated HRIS covering recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and analytics

•     Develop and maintain scalable HR policies, employee handbooks, job documentation, and compliance frameworks

•    Lead applications for government grants and HR-related funding schemes

•    Ensure audit-readiness and regulatory compliance from day one

 

Talent Acquisition

•     Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across all functions, including clinical, service, hospitality, and wellness

•    Design structured recruitment flows that reflect LLMG’s brand and values

•    Lead mass hiring campaigns to support large team ramp-up within tight timelines

•    Engage with external recruitment partners to meet volume and quality hiring targets

 

Compensation, Benefits, and Career Development

•        Collaborate with the GM to design and implement a competitive compensation and benefits framework

•        Build salary bands, job levels, and rewards strategy across disciplines

•        Develop career development pathways and talent planning tools for growth and retention

Post-Opening Phase: Coach, Calibrate, and Evolve

 

Performance and Team Development

•     Lead  quarterly  performance  calibration  meetings  in  partnership  with  the  GM  and department heads

•  Support managers in evaluating team members, giving feedback, and coaching aligned with LLMG’s Operating Principles

•    Create rituals and systems that reinforce a growth mindset and performance culture

 Manager Enablement and Strategic HR Partnership

•     Act as a thought partner to department leaders on team design, role clarity, and leadership development

•    Equip managers with practical tools to lead with care, consistency, and accountability

•    Guide and support organisational design and change management initiatives

 People Analytics and Continuous Improvement

•     Track engagement, productivity, and development metrics using dashboards and feedback systems

•     Use  data  insights  to  inform  ongoing  improvements  in  hiring,  performance,  and  team development

•    Support a culture of continuous learning, feedback, and adaptability across the organisation

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of end-to-end HR experience, including HRIS implementation and payroll oversight
  • Proven experience managing large-scale recruitment campaigns with fast turnaround times
  • Strong background in healthcare, hospitality, fitness, retail, or other high-touch service industries
  • Experience in start-up, pre-opening, or rapid-scaling environments
  • In-depth knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and HR compliance
  • Skilled in data analysis and translating insights into actionable strategy
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across clinical and commercial teams
  • Deep alignment with LLMG’s values and a passion for building a people-first culture
