Job Role
- Executes daily HR operational functions, such as as end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, policy development and review, performance management, compensation and benefits, budgeting and forecast.
- Assists HR Manager to work closely with the management to understand every aspect of the people challenges in the organization. Execute people-related solutions to streamline HR processes and ensure compliance to labour laws and government regulations.
- Work closely with HR teams in ASEAN countries.
- Participates in quality improvement projects including other HR initiatives and ad-hoc projects as assigned.
- Handles travel arrangements.
- Handles Annual Group Insurance and be point of contact for employees on insurance related queries.
- Handle Government surveys and reports.
Job Requirements
- Degree/ Diploma in HRM/ Business Management.
- Minimum 3 years of human resource management experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Employment Act and other legislations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
- Regional exposure in ASEAN countries will be added advantage
