Job Description - Human Resources Executive (Training)

LOTTE Travel Retail Singapore is seeking a proactive and dedicated Human Resources Executive specializing in Training to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing training programs to support employee development and enhance organizational effectiveness.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Design, coordinate, and conduct on-boarding and other in-house training sessions and workshops for various departments.
  • Identify training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with stakeholders and management.
  • Develop training materials and contents to meet the learning objectives.
  • Manage the entire training lifecycle including scheduling, registration, payments, fundings, logistics, and tracking training progress.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with external training vendors and certification bodies as needed.
  • Maintain training records and prepare related reports for management review.
  • Support in HR initiatives such as general affairs and employee engagement activities.
  • Assist with ad-hoc HR projects and other related tasks as assigned.
  • Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Training & Development, or related field.
  • Prior experience in training coordination or talent development within retail or FMCG sectors preferred.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to engage learners effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • A motivated self-starter who can handle confidential information with discretion.
