Job Description - Human Resources Manager

Manage and execute the full spectrum of HR duties for TRAC (including payroll claim processes)
Manage Manpower Planning, Manpower Budget, Staff performance management, and Staff Training & Development system
Maintain compliance with local employment laws and regulations and recommend best practices to ensure that HR policies and practices are effective.
Work with the Board of Human Resources Management to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall TRAC Mission via the administration of bi-monthly evening meetings or specific projects.
Ensure compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements, e.g. CPF, IRAS, MOM, NS, and other government-related claims.
Administer Staff appointments, new hire orientation, and Staff recognition programs
Manage the administration of compensation, benefits, and leave management
Performs other duties as assigned
