Adecco is partnering with a globally recognized leader in air-conditioning technology, headquartered in Singapore. They specialized in advanced cooling solutions for data centers across Asia. This company works closely with subsidiaries and partners across various countries, ensuring operational excellence and maintaining its leadership position in the industry.

They are looking for an experienced HVAC Commissioning candidate to lead and manage the entire HVAC commissioning process across all project phases. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills to oversee contractors, suppliers, and ensure projects meet specifications and standards within the given timeline, concluding with thorough commissioning testing and reports.

The Job

• Oversee and lead the commissioning process for all projects.
• Manage the commissioning stages, from start-up and design to construction, acceptance, functional performance testing, and operational turnover.
• Evaluate designs and projects to ensure compliance with specifications and standards within the allotted timeline.
• Supervise commissioning agents, contractors, and suppliers, resolving any on-site issues.
• Provide strategic direction and leadership during project closeout and the transition to operational phases.
• Deliver comprehensive and detailed Commissioning Reports for each project.

The Talent

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in design management or commissioning management, with a preference for experience in data center environments.
• In-depth knowledge of data centers, mission-critical design concepts, safety protocols, and industry standards.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate and manage relationships across multiple departments.
• Strong technical and practical expertise in Mechanical & Electrical systems and services, essential for the functioning of mission-critical data center environments
