Job Scope:

• Plan and manage
  HVAC projects for data centers.
  
• Lead project
  meetings and collaborate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and
  internal teams.
  
• Review project
  specs, drawings, and contracts for compliance.
  
• Monitor site
  progress and address any technical or operational issues.
  
• Prepare
  schedules, reports, and project documentation.
  
• Oversee
  procurement of materials and equipment.
  
• Ensure
  workplace safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
  
• Conduct site
  inspections and guide the project team.
  

Requirements

• Degree in
  Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  
• Minimum 3 years
  of experience in ACMV/HVAC or related M&E projects.
  
• Familiarity
  with HVAC systems for data centers.
  
• Strong project
  management skills.
