Hybrid Enrichment Teacher (Full-time) - Urgent

Job Description:

• Prepare and deliver lessons in accordance with Babilou’s guidelines, framework and educational goals
• Preparation and delivery of lessons include:
  • Lesson Proper
  • Closure
  • Cleaning up
• Document children’s learning and development through taking photographs and doing simple photo or video editing
• Evaluate, monitor and record children’s developmental progress 
• Provide feedback and identify areas for further development to various stakeholders such as parents or centre’ staff etc
• Work to a high legal and ethical standard at all times, particularly in relation to issues such as child safeguarding, health and safety requirements
• Maintain attendance list for all schools
• Plan and monitor annual monthly sales and enrolment
• Keep an up-to-date centralise database with detailed records
• Train and mentor new art teacher and sports coach
• Update various stakeholders of the enrichment programme
• Communicate with principals to coordinate classes when necessary 
• Assist with the preparation and replenishment of art materials and resources
• Conduct or assist any art and sports events such as holiday camps, open house events, etc
• Support centres in the event when there are no enrichment classes 
• To undertake any other administrative duties

Job Requirements:

• Have arts and/or sports background 
• Diploma/Certificate in Early Childhood Education will be an advantage
• Minimum 1 year of experience in teaching preschool levels 
• Passionate and able to engage children from 18 months to 6 years old
• Be willing to travel (schools are spread across various parts of Singapore)
• An independent individual as well as a team player
• Possess good communication skills 
• Be willing to work outdoors for sports programme
