Job Description - (Hybrid) HR Executive - Join a Leading Company

Responsibilities:
Assist with day to day operations in administrative and HR Department
Payroll process (including check workers/ staff attendance, computation of monthly payroll and OT, annual leave and MC records for all employees) and payout (upload payroll details to payroll software and the bank for payment)
Administer medical, insurance claims and other related claims
Preparation of statutory submission such as CPF and IRAS
Timely submission for Government related claims such as NS make-up pay, Maternity, Childcare, Paternity Leave, Wavier of Levy claims
Timely submission of Surveys, Income tax (IR8A & IR21)
Prepare finance report
Preparation of HR related letters (Confirmation, manpower requisition letter , employment certification letter, warning letter, termination letter etc)
Prepare annual performance and salary review appraisals.
Process work pass related documentation, application, renewal, cancellation and related matters
Plan and manage foreign workers’ quota issue
Handles the employee off-boarding
Staff onboarding – orientation, work-station, laptop, phone, stationeries, business cards, etc.
Responsible for government / MOM related surveys.
Manage Work Injury Compensation / Foreign Worker Medical (Renewal, Claims, Cancellation)
HR enquiries
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Human Resource/Payroll Administration Management or relevant qualifications.
Minimum 3 years of work experience in full spectrum
Good knowledge in Employment Act, HR Policies and best practices.
Able to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Hands-on and independent person who is proactive and driven.
Available immediately/within short notice is highly preferred.
