Job Description - (Hybrid) HR Executive - Join a Leading Company

We are on the lookout for an ambitious (Hybrid) HR Executive to join our energetic team at The Brewerkz Group in Central Region.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day to day operations in administrative and HR Department
  • Payroll process (including check workers/ staff attendance, computation of monthly payroll and OT, annual leave and MC records for all employees) and payout (upload payroll details to payroll software and the bank for payment)
  • Administer medical, insurance claims and other related claims
  • Preparation of statutory submission such as CPF and IRAS
  • Timely submission for Government related claims such as NS make-up pay, Maternity, Childcare, Paternity Leave, Wavier of Levy claims
  • Timely submission of Surveys, Income tax (IR8A & IR21)
  • Prepare finance report
  • Preparation of HR related letters (Confirmation, manpower requisition letter , employment certification letter, warning letter, termination letter etc)
  • Prepare annual performance and salary review appraisals.
  • Process work pass related documentation, application, renewal, cancellation and related matters
  • Plan and manage foreign workers’ quota issue
  • Handles the employee off-boarding
  • Staff onboarding – orientation, work-station, laptop, phone, stationeries, business cards, etc.
  • Responsible for government / MOM related surveys.
  • Manage Work Injury Compensation / Foreign Worker Medical (Renewal, Claims, Cancellation)
  • HR enquiries
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Human Resource/Payroll Administration Management or relevant qualifications.
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in full spectrum
  • Good knowledge in Employment Act, HR Policies and best practices.
  • Able to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on and independent person who is proactive and driven.
  • Available immediately/within short notice is highly preferred.
