Job Description - IAM Senior Consultant - Lead (Architecture & Implementation)

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement end-to-end IAM solutions across enterprise environments
Translate business and security requirements into scalable IAM architectures and technical designs
Lead and support implementation of IAM technologies including SSO, MFA, IGA, and PAM
Configure, deploy, and integrate IAM tools with applications, directories, and cloud platforms
Collaborate with stakeholders across security, infrastructure, and development teams to ensure seamless IAM integration
Drive identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, and governance processes
Support Zero Trust initiatives and modern authentication frameworks
Troubleshoot and optimise IAM solutions, ensuring performance, scalability, and security
Contribute to automation and process improvements, including use of AI where relevant
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, MAS TRM)

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
5-10 years of experience in IAM / Cybersecurity, with both design and hands-on implementation exposure
Proven experience working with IAM tools such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, ForgeRock, CyberArk, or Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
Strong knowledge of authentication and authorisation protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect)
Hands-on experience in system integration, scripting, and API-based implementations
Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid architectures
Good understanding of identity governance, access controls, and privileged access management
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in fast-paced project environments
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
