ICT Aide

1. Provide services for AV support for school operations and events

2. Support staff to maintain AV resources and inventory

3. Take photos and videos of school events and create multimedia production for school events and to maintain school website

4. Conduct Infocomm club CCA weekly training

5. Provide ad-hoc training for staff and students in teaching and learning software, multimedia and AV support

6. Ad-hoc duties assigned by HOD/ICT and School Leaders

Requirement:

1. Minimally a Diploma holder in an IT/Multimedia related field
2. Minimum 2 years of experience as ICT Trainer or relevant experience in related field
3. Minimum 2 years of experience in phototaking, video recording and multimedia production (please specify experience in the use of video editing software eg. Adobe, iMovie, Windows Movie Maker, Final Cut Pro,etc)

1. Proficient in the following:
   1. iOS platform and use of iPad
   2. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
   3. IOS apps (Pages, Slides, Sheets, etc)
   4. Google Suite
   5. AI Tools
   6. Creating, designing and maintaining website

Duration / Working hours:

17 months contract (1 Aug 2025 to 31 Dec 2026)

• Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays: 7:00am to 3:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Tuesdays (CCA day): 7:00am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Fridays: 7:00am to 2:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Service may be required on weekdays in the afternoon and some weekends for official school events (staff will be compensated with time-off)
• Timing subject to change based on school needs
