Support the ICT Recruiters, which sit in a full-service recruitment agency. 

To offer a First Class level of support internally and to the broader potential candidate base which the Agency is targeting.

Must have the ability and confidence to converse with ICT Managers, Directors, Service Desk Operators, Technicians, Programmers, Engineers - comfortably, in their language.

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Some real-world experience of network administration and management of Microsoft Server environments; Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and BackOffice applications; Computer network infrastructure; An understanding of possible security risks affecting computer networks and systems; An understanding of Telephony Platforms; An understanding of Web Development; An understanding of the outsourced/agency Recruitment process.

MANDATORY CHARACTERISTICS

Ability to be prioritise tasks under pressure. 

Ability to demonstrate high degree of empathy.

Great client interaction skills and good communication skills.

Excellent organisational skills.

Ability to understand detailed information.
