1. Prepare ICT Equipment in classes for ICT lessons/ lesson
observations.
2. Update and maintain information on school platforms (e.g. website,
Google site, etc.).
3. Take photographs and videos during any school event(s) and/or as
required by the school.
4. Put together photographs to create videos.
5. Provide ICT support during school events, examination days, and
other days specified by the school (e.g. Setting up equipment, PA/
AV, etc.).
6. Assist in the stocktaking of assets and consumable items.
7. Support ICT KPs and School Leaders to facilitate digital
transformation, recommend appropriate ICT tools and applications for
integration into the school's ICT plans.
8. To assist in any other matters assigned by the ICT KPs and School
Leaders.
Requirement:
At least an IT-related diploma.
At least 2 years experience in producing multimedia projects and
setting up basic audio-visual equipment .
Good organisation skills and able to multi-task.
Good communication skills and positive attitude.
Passion for ICT, with an innovative spirit to drive digital transformation.
Duration / Working hours:
5.5 months (With option to extend another 12 months) 15 Jul 2025 to 31 Dec 2025
