8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. (8 working hours)

(1 hour lunch break)

ICT Trainer cum ICT Executive will be required to work on some Saturdays. 

ICT Trainer Job Scope

Pupils

Ÿ  Training of pupils as per instructed by the ICT department.

Ÿ  Preparing appropriate learning materials for pupils.

Ÿ  Assessing pupils’ skills training development.

Ÿ  Monitor and support usage of computer labs by pupils during after school hours.

Teachers

Ÿ  Conduct teachers training in academic and administration areas.

Ÿ  Customise training for teachers. (Small group training)

ICT Executive Job Scope

Webpage maintenance

Ÿ  Liaising with teachers to update the latest events ( update within 1 week)

Ÿ  Update of school and department information when required.

Ÿ  Create online forms when required e.g. Parent Support Group volunteer form.

ICT Programs management

Ÿ  Manage the smooth running of all ICT programs in school.

Ÿ  Create computer lab timetables for the various subject departments.

Ÿ  Ensure that the timetables are adhered to by informing teachers.

ICT Resource Management

Ÿ  Keep track of ICT resources in school

Others

Ÿ  Provide any other ICT assistance with Technical Assistant during school activities.

Ÿ  Support the school in programs and activities as requested.

Job Requirements:

• Must have 1 year of experience working as an IT residential trainer and executive in a primary school.


• Must have experience in webpage maintenance


• Must have necessary certification / diploma / degree in IT skills


• Well-spoken and speaks good English.


• Some experience teaching a group of children.


• Good classroom management skills.
