ICT/AV Support

1. Basic periodic maintenance of AV/IT equipment
2. Troubleshoot technical issues involving AV/IT equipment and systems
3. Physical replacement of faulty AV/IT equipment (e.g. classrooms ceiling mounted projectors)
4. Manage inventory of AV/IT equipment
5. Liaise with vendors regarding maintenance and purchase of AV/IT equipment and consumables
6. Manage user accounts for the school wireless network
7. Update the digital signage system
8. Render and upload lecture recordings
9. Set-up of IT and AV equipment for examination venues
10. Provide AV support for major school events independently
11. Printing of posters

Requirement:

NITEC (or equivalent) in AV/IT or engineering related field
Familiarity with IT/AV systems
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good team player
Highly proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Adobe Suite
(Acrobat, Photoshop, Premiere Pro and Premiere Rush)
At least 1 year of experience working as ICT/AV Assistant in a school

Duration/ Working hours:

12 months contract (Option to extend another year) 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026)

Regular Periods
Mondays to Thursdays: 8:15 am to 5:30 pm, inclusive of 45 mins
lunch break
Fridays: 8:15 am to 5:00 pm, inclusive of 45 mins lunch break.

Examination Periods (up to 8 weeks per year)
Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00 am to 4.15pm, inclusive of 45 mins
lunch break
Fridays: 7:00am to 3:45pm, inclusive of 45 mins lunch break.

Service is not required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted
public holidays, except for a few Saturdays in a year when
personnel may be required to report for school events.
