IFMT - Engineer - Maintenance Response Team (Mechanical) - Urgent Hire

Primary Roles:

• Perform Daily routine inspection on critical facilities (Generator, Air Con, etc)
• Attend day to day work orders maintenance of the properties and maintain proper maintenance checklist
• Respond to work order within the stimulated timing
• Supervision of Contractors during servicing
• Handle minor rectifications that can be rectified internally
• Troubleshoot power switches and light sets
• Perform multiple repair and maintenance tasks
• Assist in emergency drills and provide logistic support for any events held in the building
• Need to perform shift works (including Weekends and Public Holidays)
• Any other ad-hoc FM related duties

Relevant / Professional Cert:

• Minimum ITE, “O” Level, Diploma, “A” Level or equivalent
• Experience in IFM related field is preferred
• Training will be provided

Skills & Knowledge:

• Possess good technical knowledge
• Hands-on experience in Mechanical (ACMV) and Electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work
• Possess Class 3 license
