Immigration Consultant

We are seeking motivated, customer-focused, and results-driven individuals to join our growing team as Immigration Consultants. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy meeting people, providing professional advice, and helping clients achieve their immigration and relocation goals in Singapore.

You will be responsible for guiding clients through various immigration pathways, managing client relationships, and delivering exceptional service while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation & Advisory

• Conduct consultations to understand clients' immigration objectives and circumstances.
• Assess eligibility for Singapore Permanent Residency (PR), Employment Pass (EP), S Pass, Dependant Pass, Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP), Citizenship, and other immigration pathways.
• Provide professional recommendations and tailored solutions based on clients' profiles.

Business Development & Sales

• Follow up on enquiries generated through company marketing channels, referrals, and partnerships.
• Build rapport with prospective clients and maintain strong client relationships.
• Present service solutions confidently and professionally.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Application Management

• Guide clients through the documentation and application process.
• Work closely with the processing team to ensure accurate and timely submissions.
• Keep clients updated throughout the application journey.

Client Experience

• Deliver a high standard of customer service and professionalism.
• Respond promptly to client enquiries and concerns.
• Build long-term relationships that encourage referrals and repeat business.

Requirements

• Experience in sales, business development, customer service, recruitment, education consultancy, real estate, banking, insurance, or immigration consultancy is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, sales-oriented, and target-driven.
• Ability to build trust and relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
