We are seeking an enthusiastic, meticulous and highly motivated Import & Export Executive (Customer Service) to be a member of the Singapore team to manage inbound & outbound airfreight shipments and liaise with customers, airlines and affiliates across a worldwide network.

To succeed in this role you must have:

• Experience in freight forwarding
• The ability to work confidently and pro-actively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in TradeNet
• Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills
• Good communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English
• A track record of meeting tight deadlines
• 5.5 days work week with alternate Saturday
• Office near Ubi and Kaki Bukit MRT stations
• Annual performance bonus
