Indoor Sales Specialist (Entry Level Welcome)

Job Description

• Respond to all incoming sales inquiries via email and phone efficiently.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction with attention to detail.
• Design custom switch drawings, engravings, and mounts per customer requirements.
• Update orders/enquiries in the central database for efficient tracking.
• Coordinate special switch diagrams, order numbers, and bill of materials.
• Work closely with the factory on urgent delivery requests and follow-up.
• File orders, drawings, and documents timely.
• Assist outdoor sales engineers as needed.
• Liaise with Workshop/Store on customer orders.
• Coordinate with Account department on payment status.
• Maintain communication with the sales team for customer feedback.
• Provide ideas for process improvements.
• Answer incoming calls, engage with customers, and transfer as needed.
• Be a team player and assist with daily tasks.
• Participate in company activities and workshops.

Other Details:

• Work hours: 8.30am to 6pm (Mon - Fri)
• Location: Walking distance from Commonwealth MRT Station
• Performance bonus
