You'll make a difference by:
• Understanding Customer Needs: Working with the sales team to identify opportunities and deeply understand clients' operational challenges, strategic goals, and current industrial technology systems.
• Designing Smart Factory Solutions: Creating comprehensive solutions by integrating our software, including tools for predictive maintenance, process simulation, AI-powered analytics, and real-time performance monitoring.
• Showcasing Solution Value: Delivering engaging technical presentations and software demonstrations to various audiences, explaining how our solutions address specific customer needs.
• Developing Technical Proposals: Creating high-quality pre-sales materials like technical proposals, solution plans, and return on investment analyses.
• Collaborating Internally: Working closely with sales, product management, engineering, and project delivery teams to ensure smooth solution development and deployment.
• Staying Current with Technology: Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in industrial automation, AI, IoT, and smart manufacturing.
Your defining qualities:
• Relevant Experience: 6-10 years in a client-facing technical role such as a Solutions Consultant or Technical Architect within industrial automation or manufacturing software.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of industrial control systems, operational technology (OT), and how different technologies can be combined to solve complex industrial problems.
• Software Solutions Expertise: Proven experience with industrial software for areas like predictive maintenance, process simulation, industrial AI/Machine Learning, or IoT platforms.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a consultative approach to client challenges.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to present complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Relevant Education: A bachelor's or master’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Computer Science) or Information Technology.
