Job Summary:
Analyzes operational systems, workflow and methods to improve productivity and customer satisfaction. Establishes standards that utilize facilities safely, efficiently and cost effectively.
Principal Responsibilities:
Develops equipment layout, workflow and accident prevention measures to maintain efficient and safe utilization of people and facilities.
Identify and implement best practices across operational areas.
Develops a solid process foundation and data integrity to support process improvement through the organization.
Contributes to implementation of re-engineering and continuous improvement. Includes root cause analysis, solution set development, implementation and corrective action plans.
Coordinates layout and the move process for building moves and equipment installation and removal.
Develops or contributes to operational performance metrics reports.
Identifies, investigates, and participates in opportunities to improve processes and procedures, to include various key performance metrics.
Other duties as assigned.
