Industry 4.0 Analyst, SMAI OI

Convert business objectives into clear technical specifications, enabling technical teams to design effective scheduling, simulation, and analytics solutions. Capable of supporting small to mid-scale development efforts. Facilitate user adoption of system solutions by translating complex technical designs into accessible language for end users. Act as a bridge between users and developers to continuously refine systems based on evolving needs. Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, or Semiconductor Manufacturing. Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical subject areas preferred. Knowledge in optimization and reinforcement learning preferred. Experience in C#, Python, SQL, CPLEX, Gurobi preferred. Direct experience with factory scheduling, simulation, and application development preferred. Be highly motivated, proactive, with a good work ethic, able to work independently and collaborate effectively with people from different culture backgrounds. Strong problem-solving skills with logical approach. Willing to travel overseas
