Main Activities:
- Oversee the development, maintenance, and support of various IT systems, including ERP, HR and logistics.
- Ensures that cybersecurity controls are in place.
- Identifies technology and cybersecurity risks and recommends appropriate actions.
- Review and negotiate hardware/software maintenance contracts and software licensing with IT suppliers.
- Effectively manage the vendors to deliver digital solutions and services.
- Asset Management, Cyber Security Awareness Training, Outsource Infrastructure Management.
- Network monitoring/ O365 admin centre management/ Firewall/ security alerts
- Support for server / Infra support, Office 365 management.
- Project Management - Plan and lead IT projects, define and execute roadmaps.
Qualifications / Experience
- Good working knowledge of ERP (Microsoft 365 Business Central), Bipo HRMS, TMS.
- Strong vendor and stakeholder management
- Good communication, presentation, and written skills to effectively describe and demonstrate technical solutions to internal and external parties.
- Experience in developing and implementing digital solutions for increasing productivity will be an added advantage.
- Relevant experience in handling IT infrastructure.
- Extensive experience in managing and monitoring IT operations supported by outsourced vendors.
