Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Security Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies that align with global standards and local regulations across all responsible regions.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of the latest cyber and data security regulations in Southeast Asia, Japan, Hong Kong, Spain, and other regions, ensuring all operations comply with legal standards.
- Risk Management: Conduct regular security assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and develop mitigation strategies to protect against cyber threats and data breaches.
- Incident Response: Lead the response to any cybersecurity incidents, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing impact on operations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams in China and regional offices to ensure the implementation of consistent security measures, facilitating effective communication and knowledge sharing.
- Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver cybersecurity training programs for all employees, enhancing the overall security culture within the organization.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with external security service providers to ensure they meet our security standards and compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Professional security management certification, such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in network and cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Extensive knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST), network operations and understanding of regulatory requirements in multiple jurisdictions.
- Proven experience in managing cybersecurity across multiple countries, with a strong understanding of cultural and legal differences.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across different functions and regions.
