Job Description - Ingeniera/o para área Customer Success

We are looking for graduates in organisational engineering, industrial technical engineering or related fields in the last three years (2021, 2022, 2023) or who will finish their studies this academic year 2024/25 and are resident in Greater Bilbao or a maximum of 1 hour away from the town of Basauri (Vizcaya), to work with current national and international clients and potential clients in the industrial sector; with an entry-level contract in the first phase (half or full time depending on availability) and the possibility of continuity after this period.Onboarding of industrial clients in Virtualware solutions aimed at this sector (process simulation, industrial training with virtual reality, etc.); Management of the relationship with clients; regular and close communication with them, understanding their needs and objectives; monitoring of success metrics. ); Customer relationship management; regular and close communication with customers, understanding their needs and objectives; monitoring of success metrics; monitoring and analysing the use of the platform, identifying possible areas for improvement; churn-rate prevention; identifying warning signs to carry out preventive or corrective actions; developing account expansion strategies, business development in the industrial sector; detecting and proposing up-selling opportunities based on customer needs; supporting proposal writing and development; satisfaction management; creating and updating training materials, guides and help resources; troubleshooting and advanced level support in conjunction with the support team; reporting and data analysis; cross-departmental collaboration with other teams to ensure that the expectations of industry customers are met.

In the first phase, during the internship, you will work with the Customer Success Manager, who will transfer knowledge to you, and then you will assume more autonomy.
  • Residence in Greater Bilbao or within a distance of no more than 1 hour.
  • High level of English (C1 or equivalent, no degree is required but the ability to understand and speak it fluently is necessary). 
  • Versatility, willingness to continuous learning, proactivity (continuous search for improvement and contribution of ideas).
  • Interest and desire to grow as a professional in the field of immersive technologies and extended reality-XR.
  • Willingness to travel (once the internship is finished).
  • To be a good colleague.
  • Participation in an Exchange study or internship abroad program.
