In-house Interior Designer

Role and Responsibility:

• Primarily responsible to develop and conceptualize designs for residential projects
• Must be able to generate layout plan and 3D perspective drawings in fast-paced work environment
• Do monthly drawing report for management
• Project coordination and design documentation
• Project administration

Requirements:

• Passionate in interior design
• 1-3 years of experience
• Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma Qualifications
• Knowledge in Photoshop, AutoCAD, 3D Max, V-ray
• Able to work under tight schedule and meet deadlines
• Able to manage new and existing projects to achieve project objective
• Positive work attitude, self-motivated and team player preferred
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Candidates with experience in residential / commercial project experience will be an added advantage
• Experienced candidates will be given opportunity to be Team Lead 

Remuneration will be given based on experience or/and technical skills.
