Their Singapore office is the regional HQ, providing comprehensive global and local communication services to companies developing their businesses in the region including Singapore, by tailoring services according to the characteristics of each region.
Qualifications & experience
- At least 3+ years in sales / sales support / operations experience in the IT industry
- Excellent vendor / customer relationship development skills
- Work effectively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and able to handle multitask simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft office applications, Salesforce and Microsoft Business Central
- Meticulous, self-driven with strong follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team with minimal supervision
- Candidate with Japanese language proficiency is an added advantage in order to communicate with Japanese speaking clients, but not essential.
- Must be the subject matter expert concerning daily processes and procedures
Tasks & responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support to Account Manager
- Generate Sales Quotation using Microsoft Excel and Business Central
- Back-up for Sales Account Manager in customer communication and task when they are out of office /upon request
- Accurately respond to customer requirements within the stated time frames (requests for quotes, order processing, product information, order tracking details)
- Process sales order and coordinate on service delivery
- Work closely with Sales, Presales and Procurement to prepare quotation to customer
- Source quotation from respective vendors
- In-depth knowledge and use of company system, processes and partner facing applications such as Cisco CCW and others
- Proactively build and maintain a strong working relationship with ISR team
- Proactively build and maintain a strong working knowledge of strategic OEM products and services
