An alternative investment manager focused on private credit strategies, providing institutional and qualified investors with access to income-generating opportunities across global real assets.
Your new role
Lead the distribution and capital raising of a U.S. residential real estate private credit fund across asset managers, IFAs, introducers, family offices, and other qualified investors.
Own the full investor end-to-end life cycle, from prospecting and pitching through onboarding, subscriptions, and capital calls.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, investment committees, and intermediaries.
Coordinate closely with regional stakeholders across Singapore, Hong Kong, and the U.S., including investment, operations, legal, compliance, and leadership teams.
Ensure all fundraising and marketing activities comply with regulatory requirements (including Hong Kong SFC/HKMA) while maintaining strong CRM and reporting discipline.
What you'll need to succeed
6-10+ years of experience in fund distribution, capital raising, or institutional sales, preferably within private credit, private markets, or real estate credit.
Proven track record of building investor pipelines and closing allocations through asset managers, private banks, IFAs, introducers, and institutional or family office networks.
Solid understanding of private fund structures and end-to-end subscription processes, including feeder vehicles, SPVs, KYC/onboarding, and subscription documentation.
Exposure to U.S. residential or housing-related credit strategies is an advantage, such as construction lending, real estate credit, or housing-backed collateral.
