About the Role
Our client is a leading international life insurance brokerage specialising in tailored insurance and wealth planning solutions for High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients.

They are seeking an experienced and commercially driven professional to deliver bespoke life insurance solutions to HNW clients.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral partners across assigned markets.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through established referral networks and strategic partnerships.
Engage prospective HNW clients to understand their financial objectives and recommend suitable wealth planning and wealth structuring solutions.
Present tailored insurance propositions, including wealth preservation and legacy planning concepts.
Participate in networking events, marketing initiatives and business development activities.
Ensure all advisory and business development activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree with minimally 6 years of relevant experience in financial services.
Prior experience in financial advisory, wealth management or the HNW insurance segment.
Strong relationship-building, business development, and client engagement capabilities.
Excellent communication, presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong commitment to building a long-term career in life insurance and wealth advisory.
