Job Summary:

A leadership role overseeing complex insurance case management and operational excellence within the high-net-worth insurance brokerage segment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end case management for insurance applications and ongoing policy servicing.
• Manage daily operational workflows, service turnaround times, and quality standards to ensure timely and accurate execution.
• Work closely with consultants and internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex or escalated cases.
• Lead process enhancement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and client experience.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to junior team members to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Ensure accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and adherence to internal policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience in client servicing, relationship management, and high-quality service delivery within the high-net-worth (HNW) segment.
• Strong understanding of life insurance products and insurance brokerage operational processes, particularly for HNW clients.
• Excellent organisational, multitasking, and time management skills with the ability to manage complex and high-volume cases.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and professionalism.
• Leadership or team supervision experience is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with the Singapore insurance regulatory environment is an added advantage.
