- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to assess the extent of damage and provide accurate cost estimates.
- Ensure all accident details are captured accurately, including photos and documentation for insurance submission
- Preparation of repair estimates/quotations and Job Orders to proceed with claim and repair process
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain recommended services, repair procedures, and estimated completion times.
- Coordinate with insurance companies and surveyors to negotiate for suitable labour and parts claims
- Ensure claims and repair approvals are obtained quickly to improve customer experience
- Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicles throughout the repair process.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and high-quality repairs are completed according to standards.
- Address any customer concerns or questions promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service history, and repair estimates.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow in the body and paint department.
