RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.     Sales and Business Development:

·        Prospect and identify potential clients through leads, networking, and referrals.

·        Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.

·        Present and explain insurance policy options to clients, tailoring products to meet their specific needs.

2.     Client Relationship Management:

·        Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

·        Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues.

·        Regularly review clients' coverage and recommend adjustments as needed.

3.     Consultation and Advising:

·        Assess clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate advice on coverage options.

·        Explain the features, benefits, and exclusions of different policies in a clear and understandable manner.

·        Assist clients incompleting applications and other necessary paperwork.

4.     Market Research and Analysis:

·        Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' products.

·        Continuously update knowledge of insurance products, services, and regulations.

5.     Compliance and Documentation:

·        Ensure all sales activities comply with insurance laws and regulations.

·        Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client interactions.

·        Contact leads within a KPI of 2 working days.

REQUIREMENTS:

·        Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) or BCP, PGI & ComGI will be advantageous.

·        At least 1 years' work experience in a similar capacity preferred.

·        Possess a courteous and helpful personality.

·        Pro-active with a positive mindset.

·        Passion in delivering customers' satisfaction.

·        Experienced and matured workers in the insurance industry may also apply.
