Integration Manager

We are working with a tech company, and as part of their continued growth, NodeFlair has been engaged to search for an Integration Manager to join their Singapore team.

The package is competitive up to SGD 132k (excluding bonus).

We're hiring an Integration Manager to lead an engineering team focused on system integration, verification, validation, and qualification. This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless interoperability across complex IT and software systems, with a strong focus on Air Traffic Management (ATM) and defense-related projects. Open to overseas candidates interested in relocating to Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead integration projects across software, hardware, and IT infrastructure
• Develop and implement integration/test strategies, platforms, and middleware (e.g., APIs)
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements and deliver technical solutions

• Monitor system performance and implement improvements

• Oversee version control, configuration, and data security compliance

• Provide technical documentation and facilitate training for staff and users

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or Electronics Engineering

• 10+ years in senior engineering roles within the Systems Engineering lifecycle

• Strong background in Air Traffic Management (ATM) or related domains

• Experience in IT/Security/C2/defense projects

• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and large system integrations

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, INCOSE

• Experience with large and complex software system integration
